The Reardan Post office has been in several places including:

  • Capps or Capp's Station about 1 mile north of town just off WA 231. This was a stage coach line and predated Reardan or the railroad that served it. [c1882 to 1889?]
  • McCoys Drug store houses the post office for several years. __ McCoy was the post master and ran the post office out of his store that was about 100 feet south of the depot on Lake Street. [c1889-??]
  • A building between the Stevenson Block and the Reardan Meat Market (now part of the R-Store). [?? to c1959]
  • The middle part of the Mattes' Building along Broadway west of Lake Street. [c1959 to 1966]
  • A dedicated building on Lake and Spokane. [1966 to present]
