BIG BEND PIONEER DIES


William H. Ditmar Farmed at Mondovi for 40 Years.

William H. Ditmar, 79, Mondovi farmer and early settler of the Big Bend country, died yesterday at a local hospital, He came to this region 55 years ago and farmed at Mondovi for 40 years.

He leaves his widow, Anna: four sons, Arthur of Rudyard, Mont.; Archie of Coeur d'Alene, Charles of Great Falls, Mont., and Frank of Spokane, and two sisters. The body is at the Ball-Bumgarner-Swanson funeral home.
