REARDAN, Wash. Aug. 19.— (Special.)—Funeral services were to be held this afternoon at the Smith chapel in Spokane for Neil Bowie, pioneer farmer, who died Wednesday in a Spokane hospital. The body will be sent to Collingwood, Ontario.
