Deed Right of Way to State.

The Lincoln county commissioners Friday deeded to the state all road right of way from Reardan to Davenport and from Davenport to a point four and a half miles west, the deed being required before the state could start construction of the Sunset road, contract for which was this week let to Mr. Styles, a Tacoma contractor, at $58,000. The legislature appropriated $73,000 for the work. The contractor may do some of the heavy grading this winter should the season remain open.
