TIMBER LANDS ARE SELLING
TRACTS AT MOUTH OF LITTLE SPOKANE IN DEMAND.
Sales Totaling $9000 Are Reported by Barnes, Motie and Ready.
Timber lands along the mouth of the Little Spokane river have been moving rapidly, according to Barnes, Motie & Ready, who are handling the land for the Chamokane Lumber company. The land was originally in the grant to the Northern Pacific railroad. The following sales, totaling about $9000, have been reported:
Albert Bernard, Wallace, Idaho, 80 acres described as the east half of the northeast quarter, section 11, township 27, range 41; $800.
John Demoule, northeast quarter of section 3, township 27, range 41; $3200,
T. F. Brady, west half of the south- west quarter, section 19, township 27, range 42; $800.
James E. McAndrews, northwest quarter, section 13, township 27, range 41; $2080.
Minnie Huart, north half of the southeast quarter, section 33, township 28, range 41; $800.
Nicholas Gesen, west half of the northeast quarter, section 11, township 27, range 41; $800.
