$7025 SUIT IS DISMISSED

Action for Damages for Injuries is Settled for $650.

DAVENPORT, Wash., June 20.--The case of Louise Schultz, a minor, by her guardian ad litem, George A. Schultz, vs. Mr. and Mrs. Richard Wagner of Reardan, was dismissed in superior court here today after a settlement had been made.

The settlement provides that the defendants pay $650 damages, of which $32 is for costs, and $309 goes to Mr. Schultz as guardian ad litem and $309 to C. A. Pettijohn and J. D. McCallum, Davenport, and W. H. Padley, Reardan, attorneys.

Miss Schultz sued the Wagners for $7025 damages for injuries suffered August 23, 1932, when her car ran into the rear end of a truck owned by the Wagners on the Sunset highway east of Reardan.
