BANK ROBBERS ARE SENT TO PEN

DAVENPORT, Wash., Nov, 17.—(Special.)—James Kelly and Rob Williams must each serve from 10 to 20 years in the state penitentiary at Walla Walla for the robbery of the Farmers’ State bank at Reardan, according to sentences pronounced by Superior Judge Sessions, when the pair pleaded guilty here yesterday.

"Blackie," the other member of the bandit gang, is still at large and leading a posse a wild chase over the district north of Davenpert,

A check of the bank figures by insurance adjusters showed that the bank had in the vault at the time of the robbery $38,000 of customers' bonds, $5000 bank bonds and $2500 cash. This was taken. About $9000 in bonds and $1700 in cash have been recovered.
