Reardan's cemetery was dedicated on 20 September 1894 as an International Order of Odd Fellows (IOOF) cemetery.
The Lutheran Church history said that the land was donated by Mr. Peter Hack (Haack) during Rev. Mollenaur's term (1891 to 1895). The first person laid to rest there was Mrs. Thomas [Annie Hall] Stevenson in 1894. He was followed by Charles McRae in 1895.
