Plan Ferry at Chamokane.

Davenport—The new ferry at Chamokane, on the Spokane river north of Reardan, will be constructed by W. H. Sullivan, of Reardan, who will pattern the craft after that in operation at Seaton’s crossing of the Columbia, north of Wilbur. The ferry will be 12x46 feet and the cable will be 840 feet long. The county commissioners have secured J. B. Dalbow to operate the boat, which will run the entire year.
