GOLD BEARING ORE IN REARDAN MINE

Gold-bearing ore in a body of large dimensions has been struck in a 66-foot drift from the bottom of a 135-foot shaft in the property of the Reardan Cooperative Mining company, near Reardan, it is announced by C. F. Wikstrom, president of the company, who reached Spokane this afternoon.

The entire face of the drift, having an area of 4x7 feet, is dotted at intervals with tiny particles of the yellow metal, he states.
