MORRILL DENIES PAVELICH MOTION

A motion to change a jointist charge against Paul Pavelich, proprietor of the Atlas bar, W327 Trent avenue, to liquor in possession with intent to sell, was denied by Police Judge Morrill yesterday.

Pavelich was arrested April 3, when officers claim to have found a barrel cache in the basement under the bar.

In default of $1500 bonds, Pavelich is in jail. Prosecutor Greenough stated that information direct against Pavelich would be filed in superior court.
