JOHN PAVELICH IS ACQUITTED

Charged with reckless driving, John Pavelich was acquitted in justice court yesterday. The charge was based on an alleged violation last August at Cheney.

Pavelich recently was acquitted in superior court of a charge of causing the death of Dr, R. A. Greene in an auto accident.

A civil action against the man for damages of $50,000 has been filed in superior court by Mrs. Greene.
