DR. GREEN’S WIDOW IS ALLOWED CASH

Will Get $200 a Month While Estate Is Being Probated, Judge Decides

Judge Webster yesterday ruled that The widow of Dr. George H. Green, who was killed here last April in an auto accident, should have $200 a month for her support and the care of four small children while her husband's $40,000 estate is being probated.

The widow is also allowed $2600 for her expenses since Dr. Green's death. The court permitted substitution of Attorneys McCarthy, Edge & Lantz For Attorney E. R. Lindsley to handle the case, at the request of the executors. Attorney Lindsey was allowed $#50 for his services.
