WALLACE, Idaho, April 18—Pleading guilty of violating the internal revenue law, John Pavelich, Wallace, and Emil Paskavan, Saltese, Mont., were fined $1000 each and given sentences of a year and a day in federal prison by the federal court at Missoula, Mont., Tuesday. Louis Milkovich, Taft, Mont. Jointly indicted, was fined $500 and given six months.

Word of the court's action was brought here today by Julius Johnson and W. A. McGill, internal revenue collectors.

They said the three were arrested in connection with the operation of a 125-gallon still at Paskavan’s place near Saltese, Paskavan and Milkovich were arrested in February and Pavelich was arrested at Kellogg, Idaho, two weeks ago.
