The will of William Ditmar has been admitted to probate and his widow, Annie Ditmar, appointed executrix. The estate, estimated at $28,000, includes a section of wheat land four miles east of Davenport and a section of pasture land northwest of Davenport. The widow is the chief beneficiary. One thousand dollars is bequeathed to a granddaughter, Melba Riner, and a portion of the estate goes to a stepdaughter, India Evans. Four sons and a granddaughter will receive small amounts.
