NEE BRIDGE IS CONDEMNED


Unsafe for Loads Over Four Tons—Built Many Years Ago,

MILES, Wash., June 20.—The Nee bridge across the Spokane river, between Lincoln and Stevens counties, has been condemned as dangerous to loads over four tons. The bridge, near Lincoln, was built when the Soldiers were at Fort Spokane. The foundation piers have been partially washed away.
