REARDAN, Wash., Nov. 11—-A public library was started last evening. The program included instrumental and vocal music and addresses by Professor H. A. The car of Charles Shultz of Harrington, who was returning from Spokane, was struck from behind by another car, throwing him out, breaking and cutting his arm and badly bruising his head. He was taken in an ambulance to the Reardan general hospital.
