FINISH REARDAN ROAD WORK


Move County Crushing Plant to Almira-Martin Project

DAVENPORT, Wash., June 26.--Surfacing of the Spring creek road and several other county roads in the Reardan district has been completed and the county crushing plant has been moved to Almira. to furnish materials for surfacing five miles of the Almira-Martin road. When this stretch is surfaced, all of the 25-mile road between the two towns will be graveled. W. J. Higgins, county construction engineer, said that recent rains benefited roads of the county considerably and that all major contracts are being rapidly pushed to completion.

An order appointing Mrs. Marie Alberg administratrix of the estate of Peter Alberg has been signed. G. G. McMath, Herman Meyers and George Stimson were appoointed to appraise the estate.

Roy C. Fox Administrator of the estate of J. W. Fox has filed an action against Patrick W. Dillon and others, seeking to quiet title to property here.
