DRAFTED MAN WON COMMISSION

REARDAN, Wash., Aug. 8.—William E. King, age 24, was drafted in the first contingent from Reardan. He went through the third officers training school at Camp Lewis and later was transferred to Camp Jackson, S. C., where he received a second lieutenant’s commission. He is now stationed at Fort Sill, Okla.
