TOWN RESERVOIR PLAN CARRIES AT ELECTION.

REARDAN, Wash., Sept. 16.—The proposal for issuance of $15,000 worth of general obligation bonds to pay part of the expense of a new town reservoir carried at the election Tuesday. The vote met the required 50 per cent of votes cast at the last general election with 60 per cent of voters favoring the proposal, The votes cast in 1946 were 175. Tuesday's voting brought 138 votes with 118 favorable.
