June 8, 1944 Davenport Times-Tribune

Len Roadruck, of Spokane writes friends here that he has been transferred from Fort Lewis to Camp Barkley, Texas, where he is in the army. He is a former resident here and entered the army a few weeks ago.

July 13, 1944 Davenport Times-Tribune

Len Roadruck of Camp Custer, Mich., write his wife in Spokane that he has just been released from the camp hospital where he was confined because of a back injury. He was not able to return to duty yet.

Private Len Roadruck, who was stationed at Camp Bradley, Texas, is spending 8 days with his wife and son in Spokane. He is with the medical department.
