On September 4, 1951, thirty-three Freshmen walked through the open doors of Reardan High School.

We were initiated by the Seniors on September 21. It was an all day initiation. Each Freshman came to school dressed in a costume which would carry out a theme of some song. At noon we were paraded down main street. In the evening we were truly initiated in the grade school auditorium. A prize was awarded Donna Paul for wearing the best girls costume and a prize to Richard Headington for the best boys costume.

The following officers were elected for the year.

Thirty-five intelligent looking Sophomores enrolled in September 1952. Shirley Gardiner and Jack Ferrell were new additions to our class. Later in the year, Pete Bisson dropped out. Seven of our boys participated in sports this year. Harold Ackerman also joined our class.

At the first class meeting the following officers were elected.
