September 1952 found twenty-nine scared freshmen entering Reardan High School. We were initiated by the Seniors on Sept. 19. We were made to dress in costume and to kneel and say “Madam” and “Sir” to the Seniors. Carol Brommer, Mike Bisson and Franklin Kelly won prizes for having the best costumes. Officers for the freshman year were:

When school opened on Sept. 8, 1953, twenty-eight intelligent looking sophomores enrolled. At our first class meeting the following officers were elected:

The main event this year was our sophomore party. This party was held on the evening of March 26, 1954, in the multi-purpose room of the grade school. The film “Hot Rod” was shown as part of the entertainment. The rest of the evening was spent in dancing. Refreshments of pop and cookies were served.
