INTRODUCING THE "A" SQUAD
BRUCE TRAMM, a senior, who filled his position as forward in a very commendable way. Bruce found the basket plenty of times as he averaged nearly thirteen points per game.
JOHN SCHULTZ, a senior and also a forward, was able to use his height and speed to a good advantage in controlling the backboard. John made good many of his jump shots.
GERALD BROMMER, a senior who used his height to a good advantage. As a center he was able to take rebounds from the backboard.
ERVIN CHRISTENSEN, a senior and another tall boy who was able to help out as a center.
NORMAN CLOUSE, a junior who showed plenty of speed and accuracy. He still has lots of pep stored up for next year.
JIMMY CLAYTON, a junior who was plenty hard to guard against. Jim shows plenty of speed.
CLIFFORD CARSTENS, a junior who by another year will show additional height which will be of great advantage.
VERNON ROGERS, a sophomore who was able to steal the ball, show plenty of speed and do lots of scoring.
MIKE BISSON, a sophomore who shows potentialities for a fine ball player.
RONALD AHLF, a sophomore who made a good forward, shows skill as well as speed in ball handling.
We also mention our managers, Norman Fiess and Jack Lavender who did a fine job.
