Crops Judging Team

The crops judging team attended four contests. The first one was at Central Valley where they were Sth out of ten teams. Jerry Cox was high boy for the team, The team members were Jerry Cox, David Ensor, and Kenneth Koch. At Rockford the team placed 3rd out of 4 teams, the team members were Marvin Willms, Herb Franson, and Jerry Schultz. Marvin was high for the team. Reardan won first place out of three teams at Othello with John Humphrey being the high boy. The other members of the team being Jerry Cox and Wayne Rattray. At the last contest which was at Pullman, Reardan was 4th out of 10 teams. Marvin Willms was 4th high boy. The other members of the team were David Ensor and Kenneth Koch.

The Sub-district Parliamentary Procedure Contest was neld at Reardan on February 23, 1957 where the Reardan team placed second. Reardan then went to Deer Park for the District Contest on March 2. The Reardan team placed third. Team members were: Dick Sherwood, President; Marvin Willms, Vice-president; John Humphrey, Secretary; Tom Schultz, Treasurer; Herbert Franson, Reporter; Jerry Schultz, Sentinel.
