[Marjorie graduated from RHS in 1929. For a time before the war, she was an operator at the Reardan Telephone office before moving to a manage a telephone office in Post Falls, ID.]

Marine Marjorie Kelso is spending a few days with her mother, Mrs. Grace Kelso, in Spokane [and the late John Grandville Kelso]. She joined the marines in April and has been stationed at Norman, Okla. She will report to a marine base in California. Marjorie was reared in this community and is a graduate of the Reardan high school.

Marine Private Marjorie Kelso who is stationed at Camp El Toro, near Santa Ana, Calif., arrived in Spokane Monday to visit her mother, Mrs. Grace Kelso. She is in the parachute packing department. Pvt. Kelso spent her childhood in this community and was graduated from the Reardan high school.
