THE LAPRAY BRIDGE.
Spokane County Commissioners to the Stevens County Board
A communication was sent by the county commissioners yesterday to the Stevens county commissioners, expressing surprise at the rejection of bids for the Lapray bridge after verbally approving the award, The Spokane commissioners say they believe Stevens county 1s legally bound to carry out the contract and suggest that the decision arrived at be reconsidered to avoid possibly expensive litigation.
