DAVENPORT, Wash., Jan. 18.—Growth in population in territory southeast of Edwall has made possible a reorganization of school district No. 20. The new district, for which Arthur Ryker has been appointed by Superintendent Neely as clerk, will contain 13 1/2 sections of land with a valuation of $90,000.
