REARDAN FARM BRINGS $54,300
W. J. Dilworth Sells 543-Acre Tract to Dr, G, H. Green, Reardan Physician.
Dr. George H. Green, owner of the general hospital at Reardan, has purchased from William J. Dilworth a highly improved farm of 543 acres in section 16, township 25, range 40 east, Willamette meridian, and situated five miles east of Reardan, for a reported consideration of $54,300.
Three hundred acres are now in wheat and 20 acres in Bulgarian field peas. The place is just one mile from the Sunset highway. A large concrete elevator is now being built at Hite station, just across the road from this farm, which is known as the old Stone place, having at one time been the home of ex-Sheriff George E. Stone.
Mr. Dilworth, the former owner, is a retired farmer who has resided in Spokane for several years. He was at one time a heavy land holder in the Palouse country. J. F. Dealy & Co. handled the deal.
