Starts Little Walls Bridge.

W. A. Byers & Co. of Spokane are assembling materials at Little Falls for a concrete bridge across the Spokane river to connect Lincoln and Stevens counties. The present wood- en bridge has been closed to traffic and will be used in general construction work on the new bridge, after which it will be torn away. The new bridge is to contain but one span and will be ready for traffic in the spring.
