POLICE AUCTION-SALE SET APRIL 3
April 3 has been set as the date for the annual police auction sale. An especially wide assortment of articles, ranging from a seven-passenger Nash automobile to old watches, will be placed upon the block, Secretary W. L. Jackson announced.
The automobile is one which has been used some by the police since it Was seized two years ago from bank robbers who were on their way into Spokane after an attempt to rob a bank at Reardan. When an exchange of shots started the robbers fled, leaving their car.
