April 13, 1925 Spokesman-Review Page 8 Column 2:

Judgment that $1000 as bond furnished by Mr. and Mrs. C. S. Brown and George Hein for Mrs. Josephine Ditmar should be returned to them has been signed. This bond money, which was deposited with the county clerk, was garnisheed by Roy C. Fox, county prosecutor, to apply as part payment of Mrs. Ditmar's fine for a violation of the liquor law. It was shown that Mrs. Ditmar, who is serving a jail sentence here, had never had the money in her possession.
