GARNISH TO GET BOOZE FINE
State Brings Action to Collect §750 From Frank Ditmar.
DAVENPORT, Wash., June 22.—A writ of garnishment against W. H. Padley, Reardan, who is alleged to have money belonging to Frank Ditmar in his possession, has been issued in the superior court in the case against Ditmar. The state seeks to obtain $879 to pay a fine of $750 and costs assessed against Ditmar following his conviction in the superior court on a liquor in possession charge. Ditmar is serving a jail sentence imposed in addition to the fine.
