PAVELICH WINS $10,000 LAWSUIT
Jurors, who heard the case of Mrs. Lela Humphrey against John Pavelich for $10,755 personal damages, returned a sealed verdict in favor of the defendant this morning in Superior Judge R. M. Webster's court.
Mrs. Humphrey claimed she was injured when Pavelich threw her from his automobile last August when she resisted his alleged improper advances.
