'FILE NEW PAPER IN $50,000 CASE
An amended complaint in the $50,000 damage suit against John and Joe Pavelich and Joe and Mike Knezevich was filed in superior court today by Frank E. Green and E. G. Ahrens, executors of the estate of Dr. George H. Green, who was killed April 4, 1925, in an automobile collision at Fourth and Lincoln.
The complaint charges the four men with being joint owners of the Lincoln car driven by John Pavelich In the collision with the machine driven by Dr. Green. The complaint says Pavelich was negligent and driving his auto at a high rate of speed when the cars collided.
