FLAMES DESTROY REARDAN BUSINESS HOUSES, LOSS $40,000
REARDAN, Wash. Aug. 3.—Damage of $40,000 to $50,000 was caused by a fire today that destroyed the Bowie building, including the Masonic lodge room and A. D. Hanel’s drug store, the Inland hotel adjoining and the stock and building of the Finrow general merchandise store. The fire was the second in 19 days in the Bowie structure and authorities are investigating its source.
