BANK ESCAPES SUIT.
DAVENPORT, Wash., Sept. 10-An order of dismissal of the case of H. E. Overdorff against the Farmers’ State bank of Reardan has been signed, on motion of the defendant on the ground that the plaintiff did not file a nonresident cost bond, as directed by the court.
