Davenport Estate Sale Reveals Good Price Bid for Wheat Land.
DAVENPORT, Wash., March 10.—Returns for the private sale of land, part of the estate of William H. Ditmar, Davenport pioneer, were filed with the county clerk today. Dale D. Wilson of Mondovi bid $17,100 for a half section of fine wheat land near Mondovi.
Leo C. Kunz bid $7400 for a quarter section of wheat land and $25 for an eighth of a section of pasture land. All land will be sold to the high bidders subject to confirmation by the court.
