DRIVER FACES CHARGE OF RECKLESS GOING
KELLOGG, Idaho, March 29.—John Pavelich, Kellogg, was charged with reckless driving in a complaint sworn out in Justice Howard Rullman's court here today, the result of a collision with the car of Joe Caron, Wallace, near Smelterville, last night. Pavelich posted $100 bond for appearance Thursday. Both cars were badly damaged but no one was hurt,
George Cornelius, Kellogg, and Ike Lemich, Kellogg, were hauled into court on peace disturbance charges. Lemich was fined $25 on his plea of guilty and Cornelius case was set for Thursday. He posted $100 bond.
