LIEUTENANT ROY MANN GOES TO NORTH AFRICA
REARDAN, Wash., July 28.—Mr. and Mrs. Henry Mann have received word from their son, First Lieutenant, Roy Mann, that he has been sent from his base in England to north Africa. Lieutenant Mann, a pilot, received his wings at Victorville, Calif., a year ago.
Sergeant Warden Hanel writes his parents, Mr. and Mrs. A. D. Hanel, that he has been sent from Florida to Nashville, Tenn., for further training. He is with the judge advocate’s office and was practicing law in Spokane at the time of entering the service.
