REARDAN, Wash., Sept. 13.—Tomorrow Reardan will vote on a proposal for issuance of $15,000 worth of general obligation bonds to pay part of the expense of a new reservoir.

If the proposal carries, the town will erect a 100,000-gallon capacy standpipe reservoir. The tank will be 65 feet high.

Miss Emma Jo Anyan, daughter of Mrs. Roy Anyan, and Alfred Miller, son of Mr. and Mrs. Frank Miller of Valleyford, were married at the Evangelical United Brethren church today by the Rev. I. E. Mitchell of Creston. Miller is a veteran of two years in the navy. The couple will live on a farm at Wilson Creek.
