NELSON HEADS REARDAN FETE

REARDAN, Wash., April 23.—Rudolph Nielson has been elected chairman of the Reardan Community day to be held June 7.

Proceeds this year will be used for the Community hall.

Eleven candidates for queen have been selected from various organizations and the queen will also be Princess Reardan at the Lincoln county fair, The queen will be selected at the parent-teachers meeting Monday.

Community day queen will ride on the float at the Lilac festival parade in Spokane.

Candidates and the organizations they represent are:

Judy Hein, Spring Creek Grange; Virginia Triplett, Reardan Lions club; Linda Humphrey, West Deep Creek Grange; Sharon Rux, Mondovi Grange; Karen Reilly, Waukon Grange; Gladys Howe, Spring Hill Grange; Barbara Anyan, Home and Garden club; Jon Kinservik, American Legion auxiliary; Connie Kohliber, Reardan high school, and Janice Hendrix, Rainbow Girls.
