John Freeman School Leader

At a recent meeting of the Reardan school board a contract was given to John Freeman for the grade school principalship.

He is a graduate of Washington State university and is completing his work for his master’s degree in school administration at Eastern Washington College of Education at Cheney.

Freeman, a grade school coach, was recently elected president of the Lincoln county unit of the Washington Education association, He replaces G. W. Bannon, who resigned to accept a position at Kettle Falls.

Contracts were approved for Donald Anderson, a graduate for EWCE, for commercial teacher; Carol Ullery, also an EWCE graduate, for the fifth grade, and Barbara Danis, presently teaching at Wallace, for high school English speech and dramatics.
