B. L. Barnard ran an insurance office from __ to __ selling Grange Insurance and acting as an agent for Lincoln county to get automobile plates and tabs without having to go to Davenport. Until 1966 they operated in the south room of the Stevenson building accessed from Lake Street, then they built a new building south of that location to be next to the Lincoln Mutual Store.
This office has been used by Piper's Farm Toys From __ until __.
