This page contains articles and images of the Reardan fire station. The present structure has bee expanded several times. Part of the building was originally the Farmer's State Bank building. Because it was constructed of concrete blocks, it suffered minor damage when the rest of the block was ravaged by a fire in 1926. The bank served as a meeting room on the south side of the building for many years. In --- it was decided to add more truck bays to the station and move the meeting room to the north end. This meant that they had to remove the vault of the old bank and its 3 feet concrete walls.
