John H. Robertson, Creston, county commissioner, returned after attending a meeting of the executive board of the state associations of county commissioners at Olympia, and reports that James Davis, acting director of highways, told him there was no chance to have the Long Lake bridge across the Spokane river on the Reardan-Springdale road, constructed this year.
