Oehlschlaeger, has arrived at Perrin Field, Texas, AAF training command station for the basic flight stage of his training to become a pilot. During his 10 weeks here, Cadet Oehlschlaeger will learn aerial combat maneuvers and instrument flying at the controls of a 450 horsepower trainer plane.
