Rev. Charles B. Marrs, Boy Scoutmaster, and C. F. Joslin took the Reardan Scout troop to Spokane to swim at the Y. W. C. A. Wednesday night. Rev. W. S. Plowman, assistant Scoutmaster, Loyd McLain and Billie Colville furnished the cars. The boys were Billie Colville, Tommy Walsh, Jack and Jim Delamater, Jimmy Rinker, Carl Garber, Harold Mann, Glen Anderson, Richard Foland, Dean Anyan, George Koeller, Earl Travis, Marvin Evers, Berne Barnard, Carl Koeller and Elmer Wendlandt.

The Reardan high school basketball team accompanied by their coach George Anderson, and Hugo E. Schulz, attended the Eastern College of Education-Washington state college basketball game at Cheney Tuesday night. Boys that went were Quentin Landreth, Carl Koeller, Clarence Frounfelter, Ross Edwards, Bill Anderson, Billy Colville, Marvin Evers, Keith Denson, Pat Owens, Marvin Zwainz and Joe Mann.

Billy Colville, son of Mr. and Mrs. William J. Colville, enlisted in the second air force and left for Fort Lewis, Tuesday evening. He attended Washington State college and for the past several month attended a trade school in Spokane.

Billy Colville, son of Mr. and Mrs. W. J. Colville, who is with the army air corps at Lemoore field, Fresno, Calif., was promoted to private first class, He is a graduate of the local high school and attended WSC.

Mr. and Mrs. Wm. J. Colville received word from their son, Bill Colville, that he has been promoted to the rank of corporal with the army air forces at Lemoore Field, Fresno, Calif. Cpl. Colville has been in the service since September 1942, and is a graduate of the local high school.

Mr. and Mrs. Wm. J. Colville received word from their son, Corporal Wm. Colville, stating that he had been transferred from Lemoore Field at Fresno to Carlsbad, N. M., where he is stationed with the air forces. Corporal Colville visited the Carlsbad caverns last week.

Corporal William Colville left on Monday for Carlsbad, N. M. following a fifteen day furlough with his parents, Mr. and Mrs. William J. Colville, and sister, Marcine Colville. He is a motor inspector in the air corps.

Corporal William A. Colville surprised his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Wm. J. Colville, by coming home on a 23-day furlough. He is a motor inspector in the air corps and is stationed at Carlsbad, N. M. He entered the service in September 1942.

Corporal W. A. Colville, son of Mr. and Mrs. William J. Colville, is stationed temporarily at Camp Kearns, Utah. He is a motor inspector for trucks in the air corps. Corporal Colville has been in the service thirty-one months and was a graduate of the local high school.

Mr. and Mrs. William J. Colville had word that their son, Bill Colville, has arrived in India. He is a ground crew mechanic and entered the service three years ago, taking his training in California. His brother, Herman Wagner, is at Amarillo, Texas, and will soon go to Hongo, Texas, to complete his course in flight engineering.

Corporal William Colville has written his parents, Mr. and Mrs. William J. Colville, that he has been transferred by plane from India to somewhere in China via the "hump." He is a mechanic with the air force ground crew. Cpl. Colville entered the service three years ago.

Mr. and Mrs. William J. Colville had word that their son, Billy Colville, is at Shanghai, China, and that he had been advanced to sergeant. He is with the clerical department in the air corps. He entered the service over three years ago.
